Amazon India — duplicate mobile sold by amazon

I purchased nokia handset from amazon, after few months handset stopped working when it was taken to service center they refused to repair the handset, they said it is a duplicate handset. I raised this complain to amazon india nothing has been done by amazon except false commitment. Brand like amazon is selling duplicate handset how can somebody trust other ecommerce sites.
