The worst experience I ever had with online shopping I have ordered the speakers Online on 29/09/2017 and I have received a defected product which was returned by other customer, the same product they have sent me and I too have returned the product but after returning till today am facing the problem of my refund every time am calling since one month they are telling it ll take 3-5 days wt these guys are doing am not understanding about it.simply they are playing with money and customers important time it has been a very worst experience for a valuable customers please I wanted to rise a consumer complaint against Amazon I have all the records of calling customer care and the address of the old customer which he sent defected product to Amazon pls help me out in this regard
