Amazon India — Fraud business of 2nd hand used product delivery by Amazon

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a regular prime member of Amazon and have purchased many products online from Amazon from last few years.

Recently on 05.06.2021, I had placed an order for Hindware F160013 ABS Health Faucet Cleaning System (Order no[protected]).

Amazon has delivered the product after few days to my home. When I opened the product, I was shocked and surprise to see that Amazon has send me a USED (second hand) product.
Kindly refer the pic below of the product that I had received.

During the Covid Pandemic when everyone fears getting infected from the virus, Amazon has shipped, used Sanitary product to my house (I am not sure from where / who’s Toilet they had collected this product before delivering me).

I had put up complaint to Amazon over Email, Twitter to investigate how this kind Fraud delivery happened .

Amazon responded back and offered me a gift card worth Rs.500 to compensate. Which I did not accepted.

I am requesting you, take legal action against Amazon for delivering used (second hand) un-hygienic Sanitary product to the consumer.
