I am writing this complaint with extreme frustration regarding the mishandling of a refund for a Google Pixel 6A phone that i purchased from amazon. I was given a warranty claim certificate haven't still received the refund amount of 32, 500. It has been almost 2 months since the refund process was initiated(19th June 2023).
I have been robbed of my phone AND the refund amount since they say that the refund was initiated but never received my bank account. The sheer lack of accountability and responsiveness from their team is beyond comprehension. After being told to raise a ticket for the refund reference number on 11th July, I find myself on 6th August still devoid of any communication or progress. Let me be clear – I've been in contact with them every 3-4 days once only to recieve no response or progress whatsoever. I've been promised of multiple calls from the team but never received any calls or any support. I've been a loyal prime member since 2019, and yet this is the level of service I'm met with. This experience has exhausted my patience, and I am now left with no option but to take up drastic measures. If my refund is not initiated in the next week from today(6th August), I will not hesitate to unleash the power of consumer protection agencies, potentially subjecting their company to severe repercussions.
