I want to report a matter of concern. I expect quick action to be taken on Order No.[protected]. Glen 3 burner gas stove which was ordered on June 27th and delivered with damage on one of the legs on 2nd July 2024. There was no Amazon packaging and the product was very roughly handled.
The return pick-up was requested while a new one was ordered as we were in dire need. The New Glen 3 burner gas stove was delivered on 4th July, 2024 Order No.[protected] and the agent asked for the old one after procuring the OTP from Father-in-law Mr. Gauri Lal as the items were shipped to him in Chandigarh. (Chandigarh Baptist School, Sector 45, Cg 160047).
The Amazon delivery agent who picked up the damaged product did not update the pick up till 8 July. Hence the refund has not started yet. The application shows the product is due for pick up. The product was bought on Credit Card EMI. If they delay it on purpose then will Amazon compensate for monthly installments?
I have been calling customer care, and they did call me back but have been putting my call on hold which later hung up abruptly without giving me any solution. Therefore, I had to search and add all the emails to get your attention.
