Amazon India — late delivery and false statement of delivery attempted

I ordered a pigeon induction on 14.10.2018 from Amazon. The delivery date was 29.10.2018. On 26.10.2018 product went out for delivery but courier boy contacted me to inform that product will not be delivered that day as he is busy and promised to deliver on 27.10.2018. And then a false statement is made from their side that the delivery was attempted but the customer was not available. I contacted the customer support of Amazon about the issue and they promised me to deliver the product in given time (29.10.2018). Product was not delivered on the given date then i contacted to customer support again on 29.10.2018 and talked to pratik, , he made the promise to deliver the product in next 24 hours. And from then i contact customer support on every next day to just complain about the delivery of products and in the process i talked to niraj, ashraf, disha, just to hear the same promise. Product is still not delivered by today (31.10.2018). I want you to take strict action against them and I want refund for the delay. They are not ready to pay for their fault. I want you to be very strict and hard on them so they they understand what can happen if they don't do their job properly.

Product is still not delivered till 01.11.2018. Then i filed foe replacement and CCE(Nimisha) told that product will be delivered by 06.11.2018. But after that i got message that product will be delivered by 13.11.2018.whem i comtacted CCE (anees) he is also saying that product is delivered by ecom express and it was damaged so it went for replacement. I got the message of out for delivery from bluedart courier.
