I ordered cartons for moving house. Before placing order I checked with Amazon to confirm if I get the cartons on time and they promised 'yes it will be delivered on time'. Promise date was 14 Nov 2022. I called customer care in evening of 14 Nov to check on delivery time and they confirmed it will be delivered by end of the day or max 15 Nov 2022 morning. I didnt receive on 14 Nov hence I called again on 15 Nov 2022 morning and got a commitment for delivery by evening of 15 Nov. Both customer care and local delivery team confirmed that over the call and email. Still I didn't receive my order. I called back and raised this concern mentioning my urgency to receive this product by 15 Nov 2022 as I have to pack my things to move house on the same day. After making lot of false commitments still they are unable to deliver. It's equally disappointing and frustrating for me as customer as I am at the receiving end for this. It's mental harrasment from Amazon and they should deliver my product on 15 Nov 2022 positively along with providing compensation of the mental torture I have gone through for these orders.

I have ordered my (Honor 6x grey, 64GB) by 13th may 2017 and it was expected to delivered by 20th may 2017 but still I have not received my product. Then after again and again I reach out to your Amazon agent and they said your product will deliver by 24th may 2017. Now still product not delivered as expected. Again I called Amazon HELPDESK by 24th may 2017 and asked about my product delivery and they said we have escalated to our higher management for the same. Again today I reached out to amazon agent and again they are saying that we have escalated your issue and will manage replacement soon. Actually they were liar and every time they only give assurance rather than any solution. They cheated me on every call by saying that they are working on it but actually they were not. I am not getting why you guys are playing with your customer emotions? You know very well that your customer is god for your business and you are providing ######## services to your loyal customer. How irresponsible you are? If you don't have ability to provide right product at right time, then it's my suggestion to stop your fraud business. Please don't distraught your customer by providing such a ######## service.
I have already paid to Amazon for my product and I don't have money to purchase another mobile phone. I am suffering a lot due to your worst service. I had a discussion with your amazon agent regarding compensation and they said we will give you INR 200 as compensation. Again I said this is not enough compensation for your fault then a senior executive said we don't have clause to give you compensation.
Now they are delivering my product by tomorrow but they are not ready to provide any compensation against the problem which I have suffered and suffering even.
I want my compensation otherwise I will reach out to consumer FORUM and raise a case against you guys with full of evidence that I have. Also if you will not provide concrete solution for the same then I will expose your fraud business in social media with all the evidence.
I am expecting a revert back ASAP.
