This is regarding my Order #:[protected], Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 Noise Cancelling Earbuds, dated 21/07/22 delivered on 22/07/22 at around 1.20 PM by amazon delivery agent named Dharamveer as per gate entry approval data on MyGate society app. I opened the package after he left and was shocked to find both charging case and earbuds missing from retail product box. I immediately contacted the delivery agent Dharamveer, who asked me to call up customer care to place a replacement request for missing items in the package and enquired if I had made video while opening the package. I told him that I never make package opening videos and have taken pictures immediately after finding the main items missing. I tried raising replacement request through web portal by uploading same pictures, but it took me to place a call request who provided me 27th July as resolution date for missing items. I called up on 27th July to know about the status of the complaint, I was told that the investigation team has denied the replacement request. I requested customer care twice to connect me to the investigation team as they had denied replacement without having a look at the product and package snaps taken after the delivery for which they replied in negative and asked me to release the call. I have also posted the review for the same product expressing my shock which I hope that Amazon approves of. I am attaching all the pics and audio of telephonic conversation with Amazon delivery agent for your further investigation to re-process the replacement.
I am long time amazon customer for more than 10 years with rare returns due to missing parts and first due to missing main product in the product box. It is this my trust in Amazon whom you proudly advertise "Apni Dukan" that I did not make any box opening video for which I feel that I am being penalised for, please help me in restoring the same trust and guide me for continuous shopping experience with Amazon.in
