Amazon India — mammoth portable lightweight and high power with wet and dry dual use super suction dc 12v/150w handheld vacuum cleaner for car by mammoth

Just got the car vacuum cleaner delivered from amazon under order#[protected] dated 21st december, 2019.
I have the following problems:
1. The front piece of the vacuum cleaner is broken/chipped off (See photo attached).
2. The item did not seem clean and appeared to have been used.
3. "mammoth" name does not appear anywhere on the package or the product. So how do i know that this product is "by mammoth"?

I would like to have the product replaced by a new mammoth vacuum cleaner immediately
