I've raised return request 5 times so far. Every time no one shows up. I'd spent atleast 45 min each time to chat/talk to Amazon customer service, but no resolution except that they cannot escalate, Amit is the highest escalation and as per their policy, they can't do anything other than creating one more return request. When I've asked to the customer care what if it was not picked up again, they replied saying why I'm thinking negative, which is a way of attacking and they continue to say they can't predict future instead of giving answer.
Moreover, when return pickup fails, no one from Amazon is calling for follow up despite multiple escalations, backend intimations, NOC pickup requests etc. all they say is, as per their policy they can only raise one more return request and no use of escalation as the supervisor will also do same.
I see a failure in Amazon system and their policies which courier partners are taking advantage of these loop holes making customer loose. Its waste of money time and mental torture by Amazon. Also, in a way they are looting customer's money and saying my money is safe with them.
Amazon customer service is saying lies by saying they created a NOC pick up, but next agent says, previous pickup was not NOC pickup. Also, they were rude in multiple ways. One person says, I've created return for the first time ignoring previous 3 failed pickupa, not representing Amazon. Other person says, there is no escalation and he(Amit) is the highest level of escalation Was this information helpful? |
