Amazon India — No attempted delivery of a highly discounted product returned to seller without any call back from delivery partner

Hi,

I have been following up for this order since evening and the call center agent have confirmed that the delivery partner is unreachable.
I had called the customer care in the afternoon as well trying to confirm the delivery time as it was delayed as per the committed time slot.
After 2-3 attempts to call back the delivery partner it is now suddenly showing in the system as rejected. This is an deliberate attempt to deny a highly discounted product to the end customer.
