[Resolved] Amazon India — No Refund, Not accepting return

I purchased a dashcam worth 9499 from amazon on 25/Jun/2021. I received a set of water colors worth 900Rs for this order on 28/jun/2021, with an invoice of someone else. I chose to return the product and selected the option "wrong item sent" and opted for a replacement. The replacement item came, but the delivery agent refused to accept the return package claiming that what I have is not dashcam and he is supposed to take dashcam from me. I am chancing this case with amazon ever since. I raised already 4 complaints with amazon and all 4 pickup request failed citing the same reason as the first one. Everytime i call amazon they say this time it will be done. They are not refunding my money either. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Jul 20, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a refund from amazon on 19/07/2021. Thank you, to all who helped. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Dear Sir, I had made a double payment for some items against the Amazon Order No-Order#[protected] Ordered on 6 July 2021 for an amount Rs 1, 117.70.But due poor net connectivity the amount was paid twice vide SBI Txn reference No-06-Jul-2021

However only one order has been delivered on 08 Jul 21 to Chinmayee Pani In Balasore Address.
In view of above kindly make arrangement to refund Rs 1117.70 in to my SBI Acct.
