Amazon India — Not delivering the product, out for delivery since 4 days

I have purchased Samsung galaxy phone from Amazon, it is out for delivery since 4 days, and all days delivery boy comes and say he doesn’t know the process of exchange and could not deliver even when I asked on 3rd day that I will pay the difference amount of exchange but he told that he doesn’t know process and talked abusively. So I made a complaint thrice on Amazon customer care number. But all the time assurance was given that product will be delivered by today itself, but this keeps going on and today was 4th day.
