[Resolved]  Amazon India — Not Providing RRN(Refund Reference Number)

I Ordered Oppo F23 phone on 18-May-2023, then i cancelled the order on same day itself 18-may-2023 because i found a better phone than this in other platform, the order was cancelled, then i called on 24 may-2023 that i didn't get my refund, they asked me to wait for 2 more days, then again I have called the Amazon Customer Care Number On 26-May-2023 that i have not Received the Refund Yet, they told they will raise ticket and give RRN(Refund Reference Number) within 3-5 working days, i Called on 31-May-2023, they promised me The ticket won't take more than 5 working days to resolved, Then i called on 01-Jun-2023 the 5th working day, they told me By tomorrow i will receive RRN, Again i called today 02-Jun-2023, now they are asking me to wait for 3 working days again, this is totally unacceptable being a amazon Prime Member, this kind of worst customer service is being given, You can't keep postponing and asking customer to wait until they get tired, I have seen many cases online where amazon doesn't give RRN even after 1 Month and keep asking the customer to wait.For raising charge dispute with bank only 30 days window Period is given, Without RRN i can't approach the bank with charge Dispute .The order value is Rs 18, 468 it's not a small amount to ignore, If Amazon has done the Refund why is it not giving the RRN or any Transaction number.Please Provide me my RRN(Refund Reference Number) . i have mentioned the Order id below. I got the refund, after escalating issue through grievance email of amazon and raising the complaint here in consumer complaint online.i told the customer to service that will take legal action if not given RRN before the promised date and asked them to mention in the escalation mail to senior.Use the below email ids for escalation after 7 working days and issue not resolved.
