I have ordered many products on Amazon Prime. All my orders are getting delayed from a delivery partner. I'm getting messages every day out for delivery and at the end of the day, it shows as an "on the way and it is running late" due to external factors.
1. Order id[protected] (mentioned as 1-day delivery and waiting for 4 days now with the same excuse that it will deliver tomorrow. I called customer service on several occasions. The courier is in Bangalore and I've not yet been received. This is delayed due to external factors)
2. Order ID –[protected]expected to be delivered today, but extended to June 3rd)
3. Order id[protected] (Supposed to deliver today and it got delayed due to external factors)
4. Order id[protected] (Supposed to deliver today and it got delayed due to external factors)
5. Order id[protected] (Supposed to deliver today and it got delayed due to external factors)
6. Order id[protected] (Supposed to deliver today and it got delayed due to external factors)
7. Order id[protected] (Supposed to deliver today and it got delayed due to external factors)
When I called customer service they gave me the option to refund or reschedule the delivery. I choose Amazon because I don't want to shop and buy and that's an easy way for me to buy things. I have spent much time choosing what I want and ordering. After chasing 4 days customer service telling to cancel it and before that they promised every day to deliver me the product. This is a waste of my time and energy.
And if they want to reschedule my delivery then why give me an option for a 1-day delivery and taking forever to deliver. If it is a delivery partner issue (this is what their customer service person told me) why they can't mention that this locality is undeliverable. I'm disappointed with their delivery service and response. I'm having so many items to deliver and now they telling me to cancel are making me frustrated.
I don't know what the external factor is and I notice that all my products are in same city as mine. This issue is not one product. It is with everything I ordered recently. Was this information helpful? |
