[Resolved]  Amazon India — Order not delivered on promised date. Possible delay in delivery.

Hi, my Amazon order nos.[protected] and[protected] under Tracking ID[protected] are stuck under Possible Delay in Delivery issue since yesterday. I'm a Prime customer and my order was assured as same day delivery, i.e. by yesterday EOD. However, till now I've not received my order even after repeated escalations via Amazon Customer Support Team and via Twitter and Facebook Social Media Teams. No action has been taken against the delivery team regarding my issue. Few months earlier I wrote an email to Amazon chairman Mr. Jeff Bezos and I was assured by his team that I won't be facing such delivery delay issues in future. However, I guess all my efforts went in vain, as till date I'm facing the same Possible Delay in Delivery issues. I really have no words to say. Nevertheless, if such issues continue then Amazon will lose many valuable and loyal customers like myself. Please look into my issue and kindly arrange to deliver my order ASAP. Also, please take necessary action against the delivery team so that such issues are not repeated in future.
