I had placed an order vide order no.[protected] dated 15th july 2019. The packet was scheduled for delivery on 19th july 2019. Upon contacting the delivery person, it was assured that the delivery will be done by 9 pm. All of a sudden the delivery status was updated as delivery attempted. I raised a complaint to the customer care immediately and it was assured to resolve the issue. Again i contacted the delivery person on 20th july 2019 and as usual it was assured that the delivery will be done by 6 pm. Around 8:30 pm on 20th july once again i raised my complaint to the customer care but no resolution. Again today i. E. 21st july 2019, i got message that the packet is out for delivery. However, i was unable to connect with the delivery person as the ticket no. Was showing invalid. At 2:29 pm all of a sudden the delivery status updated as "delivered". Upon raising complaint the customer care executive suggested that the money will be refunded to your account rather that understanding the reason why without delivery the status was updated as delivered. Why i should struggle for getting an item delivered for three days.
Its not a matter of money. It is a matter of integrity and its shameful on the part of amazon that they neither resolve the issue of customer nor escalate to the level where the issue would get resolved.
I want an answer from amazon on:
1. Why the delivery person has been dodging since last three days.
2. Why he himself did not contact me.
3. With whose acknowledgement the packet was delivered.
