I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent decision to refuse a refund for the incorrect product I received (ORDER #[protected], Styli Men's Regular Pants [protected]_Grey).
As I received the incorrect item, I immediately contacted your customer care team to report the issue, seeking a prompt resolution. I have attached photos of the received item, Amazon customer care team placed a return request on 30th April and my return was successfully picked up on 1st May. Now it has been 20 days since the return. But surprisingly, amazon said that they have received an incorrect product and refused to give me a refund(my hard-earned money).
Amazon kept my return product and denying to give me a refund. i have called 10 to 15 calls to amazon customer support but Amazon continued to saying "WE HAVE INVESTIGATED THIS MATTER WITH THE CARRIER. BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE CHECKS CONDUCTED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU A REFUND/REPLACEMENT FOR THIS ITEM." Basically this is scam by amazon they stole my money and item which I returned.
I have paid Rs.1299 for this order and got nothing. That is my hard-earned money.
I kindly request a reconsideration of my refund request. I have attached documentation, including proof of purchase and details of the incorrect item received, for your reference.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to receiving confirmation of the refund and appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
