Amazon India — Product missing from the order and now refund is denied.

Hello, I had ordered realme Buds Wireless Pro with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) in-Ear Bluetooth Headphones with Mic (Yellow) product on 27th August, and when I received the product, i received an empty box. I tried calling the Amazon customer care service, but they said that they won't be giving any refund as no items were missing as per them. I am a genuine customer and you can check it through my past order histories. I have been ordering from Amazon since many years now but only this time i received an empt box. Please look through it. This is totally unacceptable. I tried to mail, call and chat with the amazon service but nothing worked. Look through it right now. I want my refund. The seller was fraud and he didn't give me any product. I requested for replacement but the seller reject it on the date of delivery stating that the order does not fit in the replacement policy, but I have read the replacement policy and it clearly states that my item was eligible for replacement. And now as per the investigation team of Amazon, the product was delivered with all things intact. I want my refund right now.
