I purchased an AC as per below detail (ATTACHED INVOICE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION) through Amazon India.

I received an out of delivery message ( SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED) but nobody came to my home to deliver this product and AMAZON is misleading us by saying that nobody was present at home to receive product but in reality nobody came to deliver the product. Sir, I ordered this AC for my parents, they live all alone sir. They are very old to go to shop and purchase an AC therefore I ordered it online now it is not getting delivered and they are struggling too much in heat wave sir. They will fall sick of this heat.
