The same thing has happened with me as well. Ordered a Size 9 sports shoes of a certain design on 9 August, got the item delievered on 14 August in a well sealed packet. The box of shoe was Size 9 but inside the shoe was a different design and size 7. On contacting customer care the agent confirmed that the mix up was at seller end and created a return and refund. The product was then picked on 17 Aug by Amazon pickup agent after verifying but the refund is denied saying that I have sent a different product. Nobody is even repsonding and the customer service team keeps saying that they can not do anything for my refund. The item is still shown as in transit on their website under the return & refund status. They had my money as it was a prepaid order, then they delieverd a wrong product which they took back and denied refund. Long story short, Amazon wins both the amount as well as the incorrect product they sent, which may now be used to scam someone else. How is this unilateral decision justified?

Seeking your attention for the fraud happened with me on Amazon.
I have returned a product on 27 aug with order id[protected]. But my refund is still pending. I talked to customer care regarding this but they denied to refund because of mismatch which I already mentioned. Courier boy also checked the product before picking up.Now they have taken my money as well as my product.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
