I purchased 'pTron Bassbuds Pro HSN:8518' vide Order Number:[protected] Invoice Number : IN-DEL[protected] Order Date: 17.11.2020. The product was delivered to me on 20th Nov. 2020.
I put my return on 23rd November 2020, as the product is defective, it's charging case is not displaying the battery charge level correctly, it always shows '0'. Further, the Bassbuds are not designed to properly fit in ears. I was shown as 28th November as pick date. But nobody came on 28th and on 29th I checked the position and found 'Return' button disappeared from my order. The Customer Care of Seller is no reply.
I posted the product feedback with my concerns on 29th, which I have revised today from 2 to 1 Star.
Please arrange return as I want to buy these at Amazon from some reputed Company to avoid this sort of in-convenience.
