I am filing this complaint against Amazon India regarding Order ID:[protected], placed on 17 March 2025, for a laptop. Shockingly, I received vacuum storage bags instead of the ordered product on 27 March 2025.

😠 Major Concerns:
Wrong Product Delivered: Laptop order fulfilled with cheap vacuum bags.
Contradictory Communication:
Aditya (ECR) clearly initiated refund on 1 July.
Rohit & Sukanya denied refund on 2 July — the very next day.
Factually Wrong Information:
Sukanya mentioned a 16 June email from Mr. Ravi Kumar, whereas the actual date was 18 June.
100+ Days of Delay: My time has been wasted without any clarity or coordination.
❓ Questions Amazon Must Answer:
Why did ECR give two contradictory responses within 24 hours?
Why was false information given regarding dates?
Why is there no internal coordination within your ECR team?
Is this a tactic to retrieve the item and deny refund afterward?
💰 My Demand:
I demand a compensation of ₹75, 000/- for:
Mental harassment over 100+ days
Financial loss
Legal fees and follow-ups
I will not proceed with item pickup unless I receive the full ₹75, 000/- in my bank account, along with a written confirmation of the credit. I repeat: no refund, no pickup.
This is my final warning. The matter is already scheduled for hearing at the District Consumer Commission, West Delhi, on 1 August 2025.
I am attaching all relevant documents and proof, and will pursue full legal remedy if my demand is not met immediately.
