Amazon India — received wrong product (vacuum bags instead of laptop) & fraudulent refund denial amazon india (order id:[protected]

I am filing this complaint against Amazon India regarding Order ID:[protected], placed on 17 March 2025, for a laptop. Shockingly, I received vacuum storage bags instead of the ordered product on 27 March 2025.

Delivery of Wrong Product: 27 March 2025

Legal Notice Sent: 1 April 2025 (Received by Amazon team)

Follow-up Calls and Emails Ignored Until: 9 June 2025

Refund Denied by ECR Team: 18 June 2025

Refund Process Re-initiated by Aditya (ECR Team): 1 July 2025

Refund Denied Again by Rohit & Sukanya (ECR): 2 July 2025

Consumer Commission Hearing Scheduled: 1 August 2025

😠 Major Concerns:
Wrong Product Delivered: Laptop order fulfilled with cheap vacuum bags.

Contradictory Communication:

Aditya (ECR) clearly initiated refund on 1 July.

Rohit & Sukanya denied refund on 2 July — the very next day.

Factually Wrong Information:

Sukanya mentioned a 16 June email from Mr. Ravi Kumar, whereas the actual date was 18 June.

100+ Days of Delay: My time has been wasted without any clarity or coordination.

❓ Questions Amazon Must Answer:
Why did ECR give two contradictory responses within 24 hours?

Why was false information given regarding dates?

Why is there no internal coordination within your ECR team?

Is this a tactic to retrieve the item and deny refund afterward?

💰 My Demand:
I demand a compensation of ₹75, 000/- for:

Mental harassment over 100+ days

Financial loss

Legal fees and follow-ups

I will not proceed with item pickup unless I receive the full ₹75, 000/- in my bank account, along with a written confirmation of the credit. I repeat: no refund, no pickup.

This is my final warning. The matter is already scheduled for hearing at the District Consumer Commission, West Delhi, on 1 August 2025.

I am attaching all relevant documents and proof, and will pursue full legal remedy if my demand is not met immediately.

➡️ Aditya (Amazon ECR team) ne 1 July 2025 ko mujhe call karke return/refund process start karne ki baat kahi thi.

❌ Par 2 July 2025 ko Rohit aur Sukanya (ECR team ke hi members) ne mujhe email karke return/refund se inkaar kar diya.

❗ Ye ECR team ka contradictory behavior hai. Kya aapki team ko khud nahi pata kya kar rahi hai? Ek din refund promise, agle din deny – ye fraud hai ya coordination ki kami?

📧 Sukanya ne Ravi Kumar ke email ki galat date di (16 June instead of 18 June) – jiska matlab hai Amazon ki taraf se factually galat info diya ja raha hai.

🕒 100+ din se mujhe bas ghuma rahe ho, na refund, na pickup.

📌 Hearing date: **1 August 2025 – District Consumer Forum, West Delhi**

💰 I demand ₹75, 000 compensation for harassment, financial loss & legal expenses.

📵 Final Note: Jab tak ₹75, 000 bank me reflect nahi hoga, pickup nahi hoga.

This is to issue a formal open legal challenge to Amazon India and its ECR team, and to request urgent intervention from the Government of India.

🔴 Fraud Incident:

On 20 March 2025, I received vacuum storage bags instead of a ₹49, 990 Acer Laptop via Amazon.in. Despite raising the complaint on the same day, Amazon’s teams denied refund based on fabricated and undocumented investigation reports.

I submitted:
✅ Unboxing video
✅ Office CCTV
✅ Legal notice
✅ Witness statement
✅ EMI payment receipts
✅ Cyber Crime complaint
✅ Case filed on E-Jagruti (Case No. DC/85/CC/254/2025)

⚠️ Contradictions and Deceit:

Amazon’s ECR team sent contradictory emails: One confirms refund (1 July), the next denies (2 July).

Pickup was initiated via SMS and calls, but refund denied via email.

On 18 June, I got a denial email, but your team falsely claimed in government responses that it was on 16 June.

No internal investigation report has ever been shared with me.

What proof does Amazon have that justifies refund denial?

Why has Amazon never shared any investigation details despite legal requests and RTI?

Why is your own internal communication self-contradictory?
