Amazon India — refund amount not received-failed upi transaction

The above mentioned amount has not been credited by the bank (Mentioned above) to my bank account (Mentioned above) which is indian bank yet, though the refund has already been processed by the upi partner (I. E amazon pay). And as far as i know the amount debited due to the failed upi transaction should supposed to get refunded or credited back to the bank account within 5 days and that has still not happened yet. Refund transaction reference number from upi partner (I. E amazon pay) is attached with this draft for your reference.
