Basis the complaint we understand that vide order ID provided, the holder of the registered account on the website: www.amazon.in (“Website”) had placed an order and not the Complainant. Please be informed that the Complainant is not the holder of the said account.
As per the data privacy policy followed at ASSPL and applicable statutory / regulatory norms as well as given the sensitive personal data or information involved, we are unable to provide details of any order that does not pertain to the Complainant herein.
We hope that the Complainant will appreciate this effort to protect the privacy of account holders and ensure compliance with the applicable laws.
You are requested and required to have the amazon.in account holder to get in touch with the customer support team directly, so that the issue may be resolved at the earliest. However, refund has been provided to the account holder.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
