[Resolved]  Amazon India — Refund in the form of Cheque

I bought a seller fullfilled item from Amazon.in (Order#[protected] and since this item was not perfect I contaced amazon and the returned the item. The seller has agreed to refund the money including courier charges and the seller has did the same.The seller had given refund to amazon and as per amazons business policy amount is to be credited back within 5 days and till now refund is not credited.So when i Contacted Amazon they are telling refund is in the form of cheque, There is a policy that refund is to be issued in the same form of payment method ie, via online payment., Iam staying in Kerala and it is a outstation cheque. I dont know whose stupid decission was to issue the cheque to me. Its against there policy also.Kindly solve this issue
