Amazon India — Refund Not Processed

I purchased one travel bag & i received it on 9th July 2015 I returned that bag cos of its Size is very big. & raise a refund process Now 36 Days passed still my refund money they wont give me back. they said that NEFT is done by them but my bank manager told me that there is no any kind of NEFT in my account. Amazon is doing mail & mail day by day but not giving my money back. i told them 1000 times i visit 5-6 times in bank to cheque amount is 3600 Rs. (Three thousand six hundred ). Received duplicate. Didn't get the refund.Amazon embezzled my money. Customer care is rude and denied the refund by giving fake policy quotes. I couldn't cash the the recieved cheque dated 30/10/2017. Now they say they embezzled my money and they won't provide refund as it's been more than 6 months since cheque was issued. Amazon cheated me and embezzled my money. It's been 3 years since Amazon embezzled my money. This is a pure fraud with customer by Amazon.
