Have placed an order for One plus 12 R mobile and Sandisk Pendrive of order value Rs.47, 098 on May 4, 2024 with order id[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on May 5, 2024.
However, the order has not been delivered and the status still shows "Delayed, not yet shipped". Seller name - Green mobiles for the Mobile phone and Appario Retail Private Limited.
The refund on this order has been not yet processed by amazon and I have been calling them for the past 2 months but no proper resolution.
The only way to reach amazon customer care is through chat option in their APP and then it is first connected to Amazon fresh executive he gets the details and then connects to Primary executive and then it is connected to the specialized team which is not reachable most of the time.
In the past two months I would have spoken to 100 plus executives but the answer i get is due to technical glitch the order cannot be cancelled and have been escalated to senior member.
Sometimes they say seller has not updated the status so it cannot be cancelled.
Couple of executives have sent a mail stating the refund has been initiated and will be processed within 5 days but it never happened.
Every time the call gets on hold for 30 minutes and most of the time it gets disconnected in between. I have asked if there is an escalation matrix or a mail id which will be easier to connect however, there is none.
There is no ticket no created for the complaint and there is no record for calling them so many times.
Request to refund the amount paid Rs.47, 098 ASAP.
