On 7th Aug, i made a purchase of ‘ Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Intel Core i5 11th Gen Laptop’ from amazon ecommerce platform. The item was delivered to me on 10th Aug. When i used the laptop for the first time, i found the product was faulty and spoke with amazon customer service to return the product. On 17th Aug amazon customer executive raised first return request and pickup was scheduled on 19th Aug. But no one came to pickup the product. From 19th Aug daily i was speaking with the customer executive to return the product. The amazon customer service raised multiple requests, but the return process was not successfully completed. On 26th Aug, i told the customer service that i will raise a consumer case if the return process is not sucessful. Then they said that they are going to make refund first on 27th Aug and pickup the product later. On 27th i did not recieve any refund, then i spoke again with different customer executive about the status of refund. I got an answer that advance refund cannot be initiated. Everytime i call to the customer service, a new person will pickup the call and make false promises.
On September 3rd, I again spoke with customer service and a return request was raised from their side on 4th September. On September 4th morning I received a message from Amazon about the return and they shared Amazon agent number. When I called on that number the agent said that he is going to pickup by 4 PM. But he did not pickup my product today and is not lifting his phone even after o dialled 30 times.
This was happening from past twenty days. Could you please help me getting the refund for the product. I appreciate if a penalty is fired on ecommerce platform for tormenting me. I am attaching the product invoice document and return request screenshots
