I placed an order for the Resonate WiFi UPS through Amazon, but the bridge cable was missing from the package. As a result, Amazon raised a return request on May 5th. However, the pickup status in the Amazon app shows "Will be scheduled by carrier", which in this case is Delhivery—but there's been no progress.
The item was supposed to be picked up within 3 days as per Amazon's policy, but no one has contacted me or attempted the pickup. I followed up with Amazon again on May 8th, and they recreated the pickup request for the second time. Yet again, Delhivery made no attempt to collect the item.
I contacted Amazon this morning, and they raised the return request for the third time. However, the Tracking ID: [protected] still shows as invalid on both the Delhivery app and website.
Unless Amazon or Delhivery actually picks up the item, my refund of ₹1, 799 won’t be processed. I feel stuck between these two vendors with no resolution.
All I want is my money back. They can collect the item whenever they want—but the refund process shouldn’t be this painful.
It’s been 10 days already, and Amazon has now informed me that if Delhivery fails to pick up the item on the fourth attempt, they will open an investigation—which could take up to 13 additional days. That means I may have to wait close to a month to get my refund, which is extremely frustrating.
