Amazon India — Unable to provide installation service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Amazon regarding the Kodak 80 cm (32 Inches) HD Ready LED TV Kodak 32HDX900S (Black) I ordered on 17th January for ₹7499. The TV was delivered to me on 21st January, but the installation provided for free by the TV company is still pending. According to the TV description on Amazon, the installation should have been done within 36 hours of the delivery date.
I understand that it is not in Amazon's control to provide the installation, but it is in their control to make sure that the installation is done within the time frame mentioned in the product description. I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks for the installation to be completed, and I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I hope that you can take necessary steps to ensure that the installation is done as soon as possible so that I can start using the TV.
