Amazon India — unauthorized credit card charges.. and is to be ongoing monthly

I used my credit card on the evening of dec. 31 2019 to make a purchase, which was not amazon prime. On fri jan 3 2020 went online to check my citi card acct so i could make a payment and there was a 12.99 charge from amazon prime on jan1 2020... Under the description of this billing it lists this.. Amazon prime*wi5s025x3 amzn.com/billwa... Under category: merchandise-direct marketing-continuity subscription. I want the 12.99 charge refunded back onto my card and don't charge me ever again for this or anything i don't order myself.
