Ordered a WD 18TB Hard Disk using AMAZON Platform. But AMAZON delivered the wrong product (Ezykam WIFI CAMERA).
I am reaching customer care support regarding the same issue since 31 Jan 2025. First, they said they will investigate and asked me to contact them on 6 Feb 2025. On 6 Feb 2025, they said they will not provide the correct product and the return window will close on 7 Feb 2025 and therefore I, the customer, will be left with loss of the money paid( Rs 43, 699.00/-) and nothing will be done from the Amazon side. No one contacted me for the past one week from Amazon regarding the issue.
This is typical of fraud. Amazon is colluding with sellers to do the fraud. Make customers pay a high amount online upfront. Send the wrong product. Keep the issue on hangover customer support within the grievance raising window(of 7 days, return within 7 days window). They have on purpose disabled RETURN OPTION on this particular product ONLY. This is FRAUD. And I request concerned authorities to take major penal and material judgement against AMAZON which has resorted to fraud and hurt INDIAN CONSUMERS.
And over the various phone conversations today, I have realized that AMAZON INVESTIGATION TEAM IS LYING. No one reached me, no one called me. I request Amazon to share me a scan of the parcel where it shows that the package handed to me had the correct product at time of delivery if their investigation team is not lying.
