Amazon India — Worst service and agent are helpless

Address: sri darbar family restaurant, beeramguda, ameenpur rd,

Ordered few products on 2nd
there was a call on 3rd T 930 pm for delivery, and said will delivery tomorrow, no delivery happened till now,
called customer care to find out about the status, all the support agents are rude and called not solve the delivery issues
madan worst agent and no curtesy to help
pari mam said she will solve the issue but nothing done till now
soumita said same she did not solve the issue
varsha the utmost worthless agent with zero knowledge and rude like worst person on the world
few more agent spoke all are same

over all worst service by amazon
its better for amazon to beg rather than selling goods
cheap behaviour and worthless people to help
