Respected Sir,
On June 16, 2024, I purchased a MACBOT YELLOW LED fog bulb. However, the product was delivered to the wrong address on June 22, 2024. I promptly registered a complaint on the same day.
To rectify the situation, I personally collected the product from the incorrect address on June 24, 2024. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that I had received a WHITE LED bulb instead of the YELLOW LED bulb I ordered.
I contacted customer care on June 26, 2024, requesting either a replacement or a refund. They instructed me to share photos and product details via their verification link. The delivery agent was supposed to collect the item on June 30, 2024, but no one arrived.
Subsequently, I filed a new complaint on July 3, 2024. Again, I shared the details through their link, and they assured me that the delivery agent would pick up the product the next day. However, this did not happen.
Finally, on July 9, 2024, I spoke with a customer service executive who confirmed that my complaint was already registered. They promised to collect the product on July 10, 2024. Unfortunately, we have not received any further communication since then.
I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter. Your prompt action would be greatly appreciated.
