[Resolved] Amazon India — wrong product delivered and no refund | |||
I purchased mia2 from amazon and i received vivo power bank in that box... I open the box in front of courier boy and call the amazon team immediately and then they forward the call to the investigation team.. Then they said leave the courier boy and we accept your complain.. After 30min i call again them and then they said we deliver correct product and we are not responsible for this incidece... And we are not giving you any refund or replacement. So pls help me sir Was this information helpful? | |||

Was your issue resolved, I've a similar issue, got a Samsung a50 delivered instead of one plus 7 and they are not ready to take the product back.
