I ordered a product from Amazon but received the wrong item (shoes instead of the actual order). During delivery, the delivery boy didn’t allow me to open the box to verify the contents before accepting it, despite my request. He insisted on OTP verification first. I have a video of this incident as evidence.
Here’s a breakdown of the issues I’ve faced:
1. Wrong Product: I received shoes instead of my original order.
2. Open Box Refusal: The delivery boy refused to allow me to open the box for verification during delivery. I have video proof of this.
3. Customer Care Interaction: I immediately contacted customer care who acknowledged the mistake. They promised a pickup of the wrong product and refund processing.
4. Pickup Failures:
The pickup was scheduled multiple times from 22nd Aug to 30th Aug, but each attempt failed.
No one showed up on the scheduled days, and I was given conflicting information each time.
5. Misbehavior and Pickup Issue:
When a delivery boy finally arrived to pick up the wrong product, there was no option in his app to process the return of the wrong product.
He misbehaved and left without taking the product.
6. Repeated Promises: I was assured that this would be the final pickup attempt, but even after that, there was no pickup, and the issue remains unresolved.
Now, I’ve been told that it will take another 4 days for the pickup to happen, and after that, they will give me an update. This is incredibly frustrating, and I am still waiting for a resolution after all this time.
Additional Issue: I was charged ₹19, 498, but in the order section of my account, it shows ₹16, 523. There is a price discrepancy that needs immediate correction.
I have all the proof of my interactions, including call logs, messages, and the video evidence of the delivery boy’s actions.
Please help me resolve this issue with the correct pickup and refund.
