Amazon — Not received refund even after a month

I had ordered a pair of adidas women's shower slides sandals from amazon on 25th April 2024 and it was delivered on 3rd May 2024. Due to fitting issues I requested a return about 2-3 times and they arrived for return pickup on 24th May 2024 and I returned the product. The pickup agent informed me that the return was successful but I haven't received the refund yet. Even after contacting amazon several times I haven't found a solution for this issue. They keep delaying the refund by the saying that seller hasn't reviewed the product. Hoping that this issue will be solved as soon as possible. Attaching the details below :
