Amazon — Regarding not getting my refund even after 2 months

I ordered a product from Amazon on 6 june 2022 and cancelled it on 10 june 2022. My refund was initiated and was supposed to reach my account by 14 june 2022 which they changed to 29 june 2022. Its 29 august 2022 today and I still have not received my refund. I called them a thousand times and all I get is wait for 3 days. One of their associates even lied to me about re initiating my refund and he even sent me a mail about it but there's no such thing on my Amazon page. Kindly help
