I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my return and refund for order #[protected].
I received a product with a serial number mismatch — the serial number on the delivered item did not match the one listed in the order. I promptly contacted customer support, shared all required images and the bill, and your team acknowledged the issue. Based on that, a return was approved, and the product was picked up on 7 May 2025 (pickup ID#[protected]. I was doing continuous follow-up and customer service told me to call on 20th May 2025.
However, nearly two weeks later on 20th May 2025, When I contacted the customer service I was informed that the warehouse team is now claiming the correct product was delivered, and therefore no refund can be issued.
This is completely unacceptable. I no longer have the product since it was returned, and now I’m being denied a refund despite following all the correct steps and providing proof. I have fulfilled all my responsibilities as a customer, yet I’m left with no product and no refund. On top of that, customer service is now saying the returned product has been disposed of due to storage issues.
I request an immediate escalation of this issue and a detailed investigation. Please understand the seriousness of this situation and resolve it urgently.
I no longer have the laptop as already returned and no refund — this is unacceptable.
