Amazon — Whirlpool 240 L Frost Free Multi-Door Refrigerator (FP 263D PROTTON ROY,German Steel)

I received delivery of the product Whirlpool 240 L Frost Free Multi-Door Refrigerator (FP 263D PROTTON ROY, German Steel) on the order #[protected] on 6-Oct-2022. The delivery agents unboxed the product and the fridge was not standing straight, they tried to adjust the stand below and they were not able to fix it. They then told the installation technician will come and fix it.

The installation technician came the next day and he checked at the bottom of the refrigerator and there was a dent at the bottom and he told me that it cannot be fixed and the refrigerator needs to be replaced.

I had called Amazon customer care and they are telling me that it cannot be replaced. Please help me with this issue, how can this be taken forward for escalation. I ordered the product through Amazon and who else can help me with the replacement.
