Amazonindia — Refund was not received

I have made online payment during the delivery of product using the pay online url given in the sms I received.
I returned the product which I ordered in Amazon and the refund is also issued and I was supposed to get the refund before Jan 6th.
I attach the sms below.

"Your AMAZONINDIA shipment with AWB(s[protected] is/are here, pay online by Debit Card, UPI. https://pay.dlhvr.in/pay/[protected] Delhivery"
