I have submitted nameserver change request on hosting mella website before 3 day ago. after submitted nameserver request they are showing that we are taking 24 hour for nameserver change in wesbite. and then I created ticket in their website but no reply. and then when I message on customer support whatsapp number ([protected]) after 2 day of nameserver request submitted through website.. i had sent message on morning they are replying me after many messages in night time . and then again they are asking me for new nameserver details I provided again..i am still waiting after 4 day of my first request submitted. they are not giving any proper reply or solution.

I just purchased a doman name and webhosting from hosting farms. All transactions happened and i got invoice also. But, my website details aren't provided yet. Seems the company is shut but still they have the website up and running.

I am living in khagaura village post dhanoti, it is belong to bihar state, siwan district.

Nearby there is a poultry farm which is almost 200 feet distance from my house as well as other neighbors houses.. Me, my family & all neighbors are facing this dirty air pollution problem since last 5 & 6 years. Because of this dirty air pollution there is danger to increase all kind of disease.

So many problems creates regarding our health.

We have complain so many times to that poultry farm owner, but he is ignoring all the time.

All the people are afraid of him to complain him. I am also afraid so i didn't write my name. He is very danger & quarrelsome person.

I purchased vps hosting on 22nd nov 2018 and they were saying they didn't receive payment.
I contacted my bank and provide them transaction id and they verified it.
But they did not provide me server information.

I talk with live chat people and they said sorry for inconvenience. Then i said, cancel my hosting and refund me. I will choose other hosting provider as it's been 24 hours and i did not receive server information yet.

They said okay, you can cancel from your billing portal and i asked them specifically that will i get full refund? They said yes.

Now after they forward the request to higher authority and manager also said sorry for inconvenience and give 60 to 90 minutes and they will provide server information on my registered email. I said no, i will go with other hosting and process my refund.

After that, another manager called me and surprisingly she said, server information was sent on registered email on same day. She was lying as i checked inbox as well as spam folder and i did not receive it at all. Even till today, i did not receive it. I think it is because order was not processed automatically and they manually approve my payment so server information might not be ready and never sent to me.

Now they are declining to give me refund even if they have 45 days of money back guarantee and i confirm with their live chat executive as well.

Kindly help as it is huge amount for me.

Just want to alert all pet lovers never ever dream of purchading any kind of pets frommr. Sukhdev, owner of sriganesh farmhouse, kolkata.
I have been cheated by this person as he handed over a different puppy though i had placed an order for shih tzu puppy. I have attached the pictures of both the puppies. The one i ordered was white and golden in the sofa and i received the one in the cage, black and brown.
Before i credited money to his account, he sounded humble and very reliable, down to earth. But the moment he received the full payment, his attitude changed drastically and stopped texting me and even blocked me in whatsapp etc. He neither handed over the certificate nor the chip for the puppy.
The cheat seems to be making his profit by cheating all pet lovers.
Since, i am not a resident of kolkata, i request all the pet lovers in and around kolkata to unite and take some strict action against such hoax breeders. I have decided to take legal action and also complain to peta.

I own a huge frm house and vacant land, which is free from all encumbrances.
The vacant land not cultivated is free to install tower wherever you like to.
On main road or in between village. Village is rampur sunra situated on hoshiarpur road in phagwara punjab.

Ours is a 70 years old farm famous for sugarcane, rice and wheat cultivation. New projects are also in mind like food products to be packed and sold out not only in punjab but on global level. For this, a company formation is under process and would soon take its first step.

More suggestions are welcome.

I have purchased domain/space from www.hostingfarms.com for 5 yrs.. In October 2014 received an warning email to take the backup of website since it will be down for maintenance. Below is the email - [Personal Message: Stay Tuned at FaceBook. www.facebook.com/hostingfarmspage Hello, It is to notify you that server is going through high risk and continuously there are many issues occurring because of this issue we will put our server under maintenance and it may take 1- 2 week or more than that so in between your sites will not live and remain suspended as there are lots of malware, malicious files and viruses and because of this major issue we are not able to host your sites anymore on our server, you are requested to take your backup asap or transfer/shift your data/hosting to another server before it get under maintenance so you have time till 7 October 2014 to take up all your backups.] Now it's been more than a year but it still not up, when I tried to call or ask about the issue there is no response from the firm. Will strongly recommend everybody that, just don't go for this firm even if they offer you very good hosting plans. These will be just for short terms.

I bought 10 years hosting service from Hosting Farms on 05/03/2013, From lost 4 Months they are saying there are in maintenance till now. there are still saying the same thing maintenance. there is no support team and even no chat reply and even when i try to reach them on phone there is no answer. what i have to do pls tell me .

I have been using HOSTINGFARMS.COM at first their services and support was very good But as the time passed, their services are going beneath the earth This is the third time their server is down and they are not at all replying to any calls, tickets, emails And after a day or two when the server is up, there is no data in the website - the site completely gets formatted - no files, no DB Huge loss to me and my customers. And they are not sorry either. They do not know how to run servers and all. Please dont buy anything from them.

I had taken yearly web hosting services from Hosting Farms (www.hostingfarms.com) since 2011 June. This year again I renewed this service by paying renewal charges of Rs.2000 . Till recently my website was running & recently I wanted change into joomla CMS. since joomla has some dependencies on the web server configuration files which have been restricted by Hostingfarms.com so i requested their support team to help me get that configurations done.
The issue I was facing was that o[censored]ploading logo image files.Since due to file permissions from web server configuration this was not getting uploaded i identified a workaround to resolve this issue. But in the mean time HostingFarms support team accessed my website & tampered with home page & uploaded some logo files. At the same time they changed the configuration which enabled URL re-writing hence while accessing various pages from the website menu a different file path was introduced. When I asked reason for such activities to Hostingfarms support head (Mr. Praveen Maurya) , first he started blaming me about the issue & mentioned that my payment of Rs.2000 towards hosting charges doesn't include support & then exchanged threatening emails . Initially he mentioned that my website is being deactivated for 15 days & then he completely removed my website. My requests for re activation was turned down with reasons that I have mis-behaved with them. Then my request for refund for Rs. 2000) was also turned down & ultimately they even threatened me that my domain name will be blocked & challenged me to approach any one to get my web site reactivated.

I find their behavior specially their support head (Praveen Maurya) too arrogant & hotheaded.Has terribly bad verbal & written communication skills & very very rude. All this experience with Hostingfarms was shocking .Their website also carries very little information about this company. Looking at their website & my experience dealing with them gives an impression that Hostingfarms.com is a rogue organisation surviving through such fraudulent means.

It will be great if there is some regulatory (either some cybercell or through some IT acts laws) organizations could hit a nail in the coffins of rogue companies like Hostingfarms.com , don't know whether i will even get refund of Rs.2000 but will advice other not to take hosting services from such rogue orgnizations like Hostingfarms.com

1. THEY ONLY USE TRIAL/PIRATED SOFTWARE, AND VARIOUS TRIAL HOSTING PACKAGE ,
2. SO EVERY MONTH AFTER 25-26 DAY THE CHANGE THERE HOSTING, AND ALL SITES ARE DOWN FOR 6-7 HOUR, AND THE DON'T MAIL/NOTICE ABOUT IT IN ADVANCE,

Iam into website development business.

I saw online promotion of Karma Softweb who runs a website of hosting called www.hostingfarm.com .

On 15/03/2013 i purchased a web hosting package called "Linux Reseller - 3 Year ALL Linux Unlimited Reseller " at Rs 6999/- .

Every time i create new account complete server goes down.When i ask for call to customer care no body pick the phone and when they pick their some girl who talk rudely and say raise a ticket we will solve it.

When i raise the ticket then they write many excuse and then after lot of mail things goes okie.

After again 2-3 days server goes down.Again same misbehave by customer care and lot of mails i write and they write.

We are into online business if any website server goes down client is in problem and same problem we face.

When i ask for refund they say their is only 7 days refund policy. All hosting company give 30 days refund policy.

But their is lot of service issue.

Many of client who wanted to buy server took back their money as server was not up.

Now this company is not ready to pay me money and i get lot of harassment.

Please help me as i have few recorded voice of customer care who have misbehave and told lie to US.

I have all voice recorded in our system and i am going to file mental and fraud cases against them

1.)they are cheating as 256gb ram server

2.)they simply provide a low end server and also when i chatted in sales...they dont even respond and so rude..

3.)they are interested in collecting contact number and email id

4.)i think they are from noida and they have different companies and collect..

they are not even a private limited company...

i would caution you...some company will advt heavily....and disappear later..beware...

I purchased a domain from www.hostingfarms.com after one month they suspended my domain and they gave me the reason that they are not in a position to run my domain on their server.

After paying 51$ to www.hostingfarms.com then dont provided me the hosting & domain, they just looted my money.


Please take some serious action to block this site becz they are looting peoples.
