I had requested for moving my luggage from bangalore to pune on[protected], which reached pune on[protected].
When i received my luggage, they were in horrible condition. I did not expect such a pathetic service from m/s america express packers and movers.
I had even made the full payment prior to shipment expecting best service from your side.
Now, i regret my decision of making full payment. I have followed up with american packers and movers from past one month to get the damages fixed or to reimburse the equivalent amount on priority basis.
I had also given another option where they can pay me an advance amount to get the things fixed, i can submit all the bills and they can do the final settlement accordingly. I had paid the insurance as well for this shipment.
Please find attachment for the goods damaged during transit and the invoice for your reference.
1) damaged silencer
2) damaged gas stove
3) damaged cot
4) damaged tub
5) damaged sofa
6) damaged container
They have no work ethic and to address customer complaint and i am tired following up.
