American Swan — Fraud / cheat / non delivery of items / no response / no refund | |||||
I placed an order on 23rd of Oct 2015 and got an confirmation about the successful placing an order. On 24th i got a mail stating that your order is dispatched with indicn post and with a tracking id which didn't work till 26th. I called the customer care and finally the tracking id worked on 27th and updated till 28th. since 29th of Oct, i am calling customer care almost daily but not getting a reply. I have sent multiple mails even to the CEO also, as usual no reply from there also. Now from last 2 days i.e from 3rd, they are not ready to talk even and no refund is being given as itss a prepaid shopping. I am not able to understand what to do to get the refund.
