Hi team,
I have bought an american tourister bag in nov2017, i have travelled only once in the month of jan. The bag got tear off and the threads are also coming from handle. I have purchased it from best price jalandhar and when i have raised the issue, they have refused to replace it. There is a regional manager of the area mr himmat, he is not even considering the poor quality of the bag.
I am feeling cheated, after spending this much money on a brand assuming that it will be reliable, the quality has disappointed me badly.
