I am batch 2006 Mba -IB student of Amity Business School , Noida (U.P.).As soon as I finished my Mba I got the job in the banking sector into retail.At that time my 4 external and 4 internal exams were pending as I got vey sick at the time of one of the semesters.I got the emails from the college to finish my pending papers and for that I gave my external papers and got it cleared.But still my ineternal papers were pending in which i had to give the projects to the concerned faculty.Being too busy in the job and not staying in the same city I couldn't submit the project on time.After sometime in the year sep'2008 I got the mail from the college stating that it is the last chance for me to submit the project after paying the dd of 15000/- and 500 rs. per project.Staying in Bombay and being married somehow i managed to go to college.I made the dd and submit the project to the faculties.I asked them for the recieving of the project but they said that they will submit the marks to the the department.So I came back home but after sometime when i checked out the college is telling me that they did not recieve the marks from the faculty and now as the last chance is over they cant do anything and thus will not permit me to give the project once again to complete my Mba.Thus, I cant get the degree anymore as enough time was already given to me.I took the loan from the bank fromdoing my Mba.The bank is also asking me the degree or the payment of the loan.
Kindly suggest me what can be done in this case.What is the law?
