I had ordered biryabni and paratha today afternoon 1.00PM by calling the ammi's biryani no[protected] & made the payment of Rs.237/- by paytm. I was told that it would be delivered to me in one hour. I received a call at 1.30Pm telling that the order would be delayed by 20 mins. I called again at 2.00PM was told that will receive a call back which did not happen. Again called back at 2.15 PM, i was told that there are issues with nearby outlet hence would be further delayed by further 20 mins. i received the message with contact number of delivery person [protected]. i tried to call but was switched off hence called back the above number to cancel the order and refund money which they first declined and requested to take delivery. i was firm and told them to cancel the order and refund the money. they have cancelled the order but not refunded money.
