Ammis Biryani — Delay in service and fraud by service center and manager

I have placed an order at Ammis biryani(Order ID 91013) on 21st June at 9:03 PM . I have waited for 1 hour as they requested but I didnt get delivery then when I called customer care number for raising a complaint they said they will connect to manager and they have took my complaint but after being on call for 10 mins they have disconnected my call and when I had dialed back I got a message that my order was placed at 10:07 PM and I will only get by 11:00 PM surprisingly my order ID got disseappared from database and again they made me to wait 7 mins on call without any luck . Its real cheating

Food was old and smells bad.

Hi,

I am using Ammis biryani from last 4 year and this time first time I got veg biryani that is is not fresh looks old. I have throw all the stuff and slept hungry.

Please have a look into this and dont serve people old food items.
