Ampere Vehicles — Useless Services

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Ashishkumar Patel and I have Purchased Zeal EX from Frigate Automotives Pvt Ltd, Vadodara (For my mother CHANDRIKABEN PATEL).

Today I reached at Ampere Service Center at 9.30 AM at opening time, however center was not opened till 10 AM.

I informed to check following :

1) Vehicle pick up issue when I stop it on signal or on the way (means it has issue of start when we stop the vehicle), not pick up easily when stopped in traffic etc. This complain I am giving from first service but still issue is not resolved.

2) Steering Jammed (As advised by service center, I agreed to replace centre bearing of steering and paid Rs 400 for this small bearing, but when I asked for bearing box or bill to check bearing number and MRP then service centre has said that we don't received any box or bill with MRP. This simply prove that Ampere is doing cheating with the customers by charging self decided charges.

It is requested to resolve my pick up issue which is unresolved since the vehicle purchased and provide me the bearing number which is replaced in steering alongwith it's box and MRP so that I can compare the market price of bearing.

Already Zeal vehicle is very poor and I am not satisfied with its performance.
